Refunds are processed according to provider approval and payment gateway timelines.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on fare type, booking status, provider rules and cancellation timing. Some promotional or non-refundable fares may not qualify for refund.

Refund Amount

The final refund amount may be adjusted after airline or provider charges, cancellation fees, taxes, payment gateway charges and non-refundable service fees.

Refund Timeline

After provider approval, refunds are usually initiated to the original payment method. Bank and payment gateway processing times may vary.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited but booking is not confirmed, our team will verify the transaction and coordinate refund or booking completion as applicable.
